Unable to login in IE 7

At times I am unable to login to community site http://nasscom-emerge.collectivex.com For some reason it throws an error saying :
This website requires both JavaScript and Cookies.
Please enable JavaScript and Cookies in your browser before proceeding.
I'm sure lot of other users must be facing the similar issue. It works perfectly in Firefox. Is there any solution o this.?

I am unable to login through IE 7 and lot of my members also complain about the similar problem..Do let me know if we can find a solution for this.
