XML Export not working

We are trying to run the XML export from "Manage Members" and it keeps running and running--no report. Please fix as soon as possible because we can't run our system with out the export.

Hi Stacie,
I'm sorry you're having trouble with your export. Is the problem still happening for you today? One of our staff began testing XML exports in her Groupsites yesterday - her last comment was that the request was still running. I've opened your report under Ticket #16715915 for more comments from her testing and so we can further investigate.

We identified the problem and the fix over the weekend. The fix has already been made and will be deployed on Wednesday, August 10, 2011. The functionality will be restored after the deploy which will take place late in the afternoon on Wednesday (EDT). The ticket number is: 16715915
