Pay Per Play Ads On Summary Page Don't Work

I was experimenting with ads on the bar located on the right-hand side of the summary page.  In particular, I thought I would experiment with Pay Per Play Audio Ads, which plays a 5 sec audio whenever someone comes to my page.  

Here is the code they told me to put in:

Of course, once I put in the script, it didn't work--that is, I didn't hear the audio whenever I opened my page at www.Hispanicfirst.com.

I'm not a programmer and therefore, I need help.  Does CollectiveX currently support this code for advertisements?  I tried a copy and past straight into the HTML Source code and, when that didn't work, I deleted the code and pasted it into the widget box in the advanced editor.  Nothing worked, so I have now deleted the code all together.
