Getting RSS feeds to auto-update

I've added RSS feeds on the Summary Page under Headlines & Links, but these do not auto-update. I have to manually re-submit each RSS link to get the feeds to update. Possibly the frequency of the update mechanism needs to be customized: Is there a way to do this?

This problem has been resolved now, so you don't have to manually submit to get feeds to update.
