'Edited:' feature no longer present?

Just wondering if it's a bug or a feature removal.
I just added this comment after submitting and there is no longer an 'Edited:' notation, which I felt was extremely important regarding holding the integrity of what's being posted, because otherwise nothing can be taken as binding. This is another standard feature in forums and message boards, and for very good reason - having the ability to change history with no internal consequence has even greater outside consequences.
I just edited this on January 17, 2008.

Looks like it says edited to me. Neil, can you try this again? What browser are you using?
The issue is with edited topics. I'm working on a patch right now.

Conor and I have finally fixed this, and the fix will go live in the next update.
