Bug: Recent Activity Summary Email Topic Links
Lately I've noticed that when I get the recent activity summaries emailed to me for my groups, the topic links embedded in the summaries seem broken and take me to a Groupsite.com ::Page Not Found error message. Yet, when I manually go to the topic, of course, it's there.
Here is an example of one I just received. This is the link that is embedded in the email for one of the topics I wanted to visit:
Yet, here is the permalink that shows when I hover over the actual link inside the topic title:
And here is the webpage URL that I go to when I click on the actual topic link and go to the topic page:

They are all different but most importantly, the links inside the emails simply don't work.

Hi, Steve - Sorry for any trouble with your links. I've opened Ticket #2410 so we can take a look at what may be happening.
I looked through many of my own and found all working properly, except for one (with links to subgroup activity, specifically), I received the "Page Not Found" error you described.
If I am not logged in at the time I click the link, I am presented with the log-in page.
Have you noticed this happening with any type of consistency or trend?

Steve - we identified the culprit. It was was specific to subgroup links, and we fixed the problem. You should find these link working properly in your future Recent Activity Updates. Ticket #2410 is now closed.
