When I try to go to the home page of my groupsite (http://www.meta-leadershipcommunity.org), I get the following error:
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

This is happening for me as well, www.OracleERP.org. Please resolve this asap. We had this issue a few months ago. It's very important to overcome these errors as I have members visiting the site round the clock.
Amadie and Sanjay,
Sorry! Our technical team found a tricky bug in changes we recently made to "session cookies." The bug affects when someone tries to visit your Groupsite using the host "www."
As an immediate way to get to your Groupsite, you can clear your Web browser cookies. Then, revisit your Groupsite by entering the address without the host "www" (http://oracleerp.org, for example).
We're working on the fix now and we'll keep you posted.
Thanks Diana for the work around.
These errors annoy users when they have basic problems getting into the site. The last thing I want is the users leaving the site by having accessibility issues.
Sanjay, we agree. Accessibility is of uppermost importance. As a Web-based service, this is critical to our customers and our business.
Sorry if I wasn't clear - the workaround was intended to help you immediately, right now, while we're working on this.
Amadie and Sanjay,
This has been fixed. Members can access your Groupsites by going to the URL with or without "www" -- they won't see the redirect message in either case.
Sorry for any inconvenience earlier,
Diana
