E-mail Blasts are not being sent - Please HELP ASAP!

To Whom It May Concern,


 


I sent an e-mail blast last night and still to this morning it has not went through. I checked my SPAM folder and have checked multiple e-mail addresses and the e-mail blast has not been received.


I tried to send it two more times and still no luck. This has happened to me a few other times over the past year or so. It seems that once the e-mail server is working again it will send all of these e-mails and that this also affects the e-mails we receive for new membership requests.


Please advise of the issue. Our groupsite is located at www.charlotteyoungprofessionals.com


We are having an event on Wednesday and these outageous are unacceptable and costly for our organization.

Matthew - Sorry for the delay you had with your email blasts. We did find email queuing and restarted the mail servers.  You should see your Groupsite's blast soon, if you've not already received it.


Also, as a result of the restart we noticed several copies of the mail are going out. We're sorry for that trouble. This is a temporary hiccup and while it's possible you'll experience this with various email messages in your Groupsite(s), any duplicates should stop, completely, by later today.


We are also working to prevent this from happening upon mail server restarts in the future.
