Manager email blasts not successfully sent to all members

Upon sending recent email blasts, I've noticed that the number successfully sent is a few short of my total number of active members. Is there any way to track which emails are not successfully receiving blasts?

Hi, Besty - sorry for a delayed response! We did look into this when you reported the issue, under Ticket #2303. What we found was that your email blast was sent to all members of your Groupsite, but that the count in the message you saw was incorrect.
Groupsites offer each member preference settings over the frequency and type of emails they want to receive in each Groupsite (My Settings>My Preferences). This includes the ability to "opt-out" from receiving email blasts from other Groupsite members, and only receive email blasts from Groupsite Managers. The count you were seeing was omitting those members who had elected to only receive blasts from managers -- even though you were the manager and the message was sent to all members.
We fixed this. Managers and members alike, in Groupsites that permit members to send email blasts, should now see the correct, respective counts (# of members set to receive the blast).

Actually - come to think of it, I had noticed this as well. Good to hear that it is fixed.
