Upcoming Events module does not display subgroup entries

I'm wondering if there is a way to have my group and subgroup events listed in the Upcoming Events module on my summary page.
The events from my group and subgroup are listed if I go to the calendar page, but I'm hoping to be list everything at a glance to make it easier for our members.

Hi, Nikki - the upcoming events module now includes both your Groupsite events and the events of any subgroups in which you participate.
A reminder if you're in a Private subgroup:
you will find that Private subgroup events display in your Upcoming Events module. The display of these events behaves just as it does on the shared calendar:
you only see Private subgroup events if you're logged-in and a member of that subgroup.

I've noticed that the subgroup events are now displaying in my upcoming events module - this makes it much easier for my groups so they don't have to navigate back and forth. Some of the events listed however are past events - I have one meeting showing from February 3rd as an upcoming event.
Is there anyway to have the module display only current and upcomig events?
Nikki, do you know if this is a recurring event?
We're working on a bug in recurring events that's causing what you've described. We're in the final stages of the fix under Ticket #2273 and expect it to be resolved next week.
If you believe you're experiencing something different, please let me know the Groupsite and we'll take a look.
On edit: Ticket #2273 is now closed and this bug fixed.
No, it's not a recurring event. Yesterday I logged out and back in, to refresh the screen but it didn't work, this morning it seems to have been resolved, as the past date no longer appears in the upcoming calendar.
I'll let you know if it happens again.
