Problems with Mac Computers

Guys...sorry I don't have the details but I'm on a conference call right now with a member that can't see any "+" signs on the calendar and she is using Firefox 3.5.7 running on a Macintosh computer.
She reports she's had other problems with Groupsite on her Mac.
Just wanted to put this out there. I assume Macs are a lower priority than Windows, but just so you know, she's running the Snow Leopard OS.
Thanks.

Steve - Macs are NEVER a lower priority than Windows. We are proud to be an all Mac shop. I haven't touched a PC in over 3 years now.
The life of our support team would be so much easier if everyone were on a Mac.
That being said, we have not been able to re-create the problem you mentioned. Can you ask her to perhaps take a screen shot and email it to support@groupsite.com?
Thanks,
Shaun
Hi, Steve -- We support Mac and PC users, equally (and, actually, we have more Mac users than PC users in our own office!) Please have the member contact us directly at support@groupsite.com so we can help. I'm not aware of any known issues for Mac users vs PC users, so we'll need to troubleshoot what may be happening in this case.
Does she need to be an Administrator?
By default, when a Groupsite is created, all members can post to the Calendar. As a Premium Permission feature, the Groupsite Manager can set permissions so that only Managers can post to the calendar.
We use the term "Administrator" only when it comes to the use of subgroups. Each subgroup has an Administrator which acts as the manager of that subgroup.
The only reason the add event plus signs should not appear is if you are a user in a group that has this set to Manager's only.
Hope that makes sense.
Shaun
