Pop-Up Hangings when Joining Subgroup

In two different groupsites, two members are getting errors when accepting their pop-up invitation to join. One is happening at our oenacra.groupsite.com/ and the other is at oesfbay.groupsite.com. The latter is getting a "502 Bad Gateway" error, and the former is just hanging in limbo when accepting the request to join.
Is this a bug - or other possible solutions?

Hi, Stephen - on Monday, we identified a system process "hanging" that was causing this to happen. It's since been addressed but sorry for the trouble you had. These members should now be able to accept their invitations if they haven't already.
I'm moving this to Closed Bugs, but please let me know if you do still experience an issue.
