Cannot delete module... any ideas? Anyone? Buehler?

I have a video segment on the front page of my Groupsite, www.SocialMediopolis.com, and it refuses to die. For some reason, the 'other module actions' button is not working for this module. How can I get this thing OFF?

have you tried opening in a different browser? - I have sometimes found I could edit something in one browser but not another.
Clearing cache is another trick I have used.,

Sometimes, third-party code can interfere with other interactive areas on a page. In a case where your cogwheel menu is not accessible, the interfering code must be removed by our support and/or technical staff. We don't always know what about the code caused the issue, but we can always remove it.
