Links not working

Made the changes you suggested to our domain server; however, none of the links to our site are working and all of the discussions show a file error. We can only get to our site by typing it in the address bar; otherwise, all links in favorites and emails show the link to be broken.
Please check into this right away, as we are unable to function.

Hi, Stacie -- Once you have made the CNAME record entry through your domain name service provider and we are able to detect it, your links should work. Many services for DNS record detection are available; I've been using SamDNS (http://www.samdns.com/Default.aspx). Currently, we're not able to detect that you've made a CNAME record entry pointing to your Groupsite.
You may want to check with your provider to be sure your record is pointing from "introduceme360.com" to "LGGB.groupsite.com."
While not ideal, you also can disable your custom domain name service until your CNAME issue is resolved. (Disabling this feature will allow your links to work again). You can disable and re-enable your custom domain name service at any time (without affecting your service subscriptions) from the MANAGER > Group Settings > General Settings area of your Groupsite.
