Export members not working

Can't seem to export XML or CSV file.  This has happened before.  What it causing this problem from reoccuring??  Not a problem on this end.  Our groupsite IntroduceMe360 absolutely needs this functionality working every day please.  It is critical to us!  Thanks for your support.

Any progress on this?  We aren't able to get our new members up and running with out it.

Hi, Stacie - our team is looking at this under Ticket #2040. I hope to have more information for you, soon.

Diane, I have also encountered this export problems numerous times.  Initially I thought it might be related to my using Internet Explorer.  I have since moved to Mozilla Firefox.  I don't believe I have encountered the problem with Firefox.



Here's an update on this issue:  We've identified a work queuing culprit (which also explains why this sometimes happens but not always) and how to fix the problem. New code's been written and this fix is currently being tested. If all goes well, your member list downloads should be working again for you early-to-mid next week.


Sorry for the current inconvenience, and I did want to let you know it's being addressed!


 

Ticket #2040 is now closed -  you should be able to download current or pending members lists in your Groupsite without issue.
