RSS Feeds Not Refreshing

My feeds at terracecommunities.groupsite.com are not working correctly. Here's a screen shot:

Hi, Brian -- We're looking into this under Ticket #1440 and should have these refreshing automatically again soon. This topic is also posted here:

we are having the same issue at stempower.org Is there something we can do, or does it need to be fixed on the groupsite end?
This feed has been having problems recently:
Nov-09-09 8:14 AM - Refresh failed
Nov-09-09 4:01 AM - Refresh failed
Nov-09-09 12:00 AM - Refresh failed
Nov-08-09 8:02 PM - Refresh failed
Nov-08-09 4:00 PM - Refresh failed

Sandy -- Managers can update News feeds manually (choose "update" in the Edit area of the News Feed module); but, getting your feeds to refresh automatically will happen on our end
When do you anticipate that this problem will be fixed? NextEnergy News is having the same problem. Thx - Amanda
Hi, everyone - just an update on this issue:
We worked on a comprehensive solution to this last quarter. During that time, we found that while many feeds where refreshing, Google in particular were still requiring additional work. In January, we closely monitored the results of efforts to improve the automatic refreshing of Google feeds. We made more tweaks, did more monitoring and for the past several weeks have found that overall Google news feeds also refresh as expected.
You should find that your news feeds refresh within 6-24 hours, depending on the source. Of course, if a particular feed will not update, it's possible the feed is broken or no longer live. (We do also hope to improve the detection and alert to managers for such cases in the future.)
