can't upload file to file cabinet

I am trying to upload a jpeg (90 kb) from my hard drive to a folder in my file cabinet. I currently am using 2% of my available storage space. After about 30 seconds of "in-process" time, the action appears to be completed (or timed out) and my file isn't uploaded.
There appears to be a problem with the file upload feature. My groupsite is www.oeNYFingerLakes.groupsite.com.

the file upload is working now for me. However, during the morning of October 30, for over an hour or two, the file upload function did not work.
I am having the same problem. I locate a file from my computer that I (manager of the site) want to upload, select it and click on the upload button on the groupsite. Then I get a message in the lower left that says "sending request" and then "waiting for www.westwoodcoho.groupsite...". Sometimes I see the active uploading icon and sometimes not. My wireless internet connection says that I'm connected with full strength. What is causing this to happen?

Evan -- Sorry for any difficutly. What is the size and type of file you're trying to upload? I haven't been able to duplicate this issue in my own Groupsites.
I just checked and at 3:21 pm (6 hours later) I was able to upload the files. They were all word and xcel files ranging in size from 63 to 308 KB. It is as if there was something not working on the groupsite server for a period of time earlier today.
Thanks for reporting here, Evan. I'm moving this bug report to "closed" because it's now functional, but will also taking these comments back to our team. Our more technical staff will better understand what may have happened or have ideas for areas we should investigate.
I am having the same problem with trying to upload a file again. It is a one page word document (ext .doc). We have used 0% of our storage space at this point. I select the document from my computer and click on the upload button -- I get the active uploading icon and then this icon moves to the area over the folder and what comes up is the folder without my document in it. I tried it first this morning at 8:30 am and thought if I came back later it might work...but it still is not. Can you help me figure out if this is something that I'm doing or a problem somewhere else?

Evan - would it be possible to email the document to me at support@groupsite.com? If so, please also include the name of your Groupsite and the desired destination folder. We'll take a look to see if we recognize anything about the file, and/or see if we can duplicate what's happening for you. That may help us troubleshoot what's happening.
