It's now been 5 weeks since I reported this bug and nothing has changed.
The last bug took more than two months to repair, and these are not extraordinary circumstances. The repairs I have sought are for the basic features that are part of my paid subscription.
I appreciate the challenges you may have in managing business growth, and I personally like everyone I've spoken to at Groupsite ... you seem genuine and empathetic...but the timeliness of the service I receive is unacceptable, by any business standard.
But you have me over a barrel because it's not practical for me to move my site elsewhere. All I can do is rant (which makes me look bad) and regret.
Please fix my site.
Hi, Dan. I understand you and Shaun spoke last week and this bug was fixed (#1813). Sorry for any complications and thanks for holding us to task. I'm moving this issue to our closed bugs forum now.
