Can't export XML member list

I can export the CSV file but not the XML. I used to be able to do this. It stopped working last weekend. Tried it many times from different computers just to see if it was something on my end.

Tried this again today. No luck. This is critical to my groupsite. The introduceMe360 process isn't able to introduce anyone with out it.
