Member Problems
I've recently set up my group, and am working on getting my board members into subgroups etc.
One member joined and I set them to automatically be a manager. They accepted the invitations to the sub-groups and had no problems.
Another member however has been very frustrated. She has been repeatedly been invited to join the sub-groups. She believes she pushed the correct buttons, but then gets invited again. This has happened several times, and she still does not show as a member of any sub-groups.
The same person also RSVP'd for some calendar events I created - one acceptance - one declined - but no responses show in either date listing.
Any idea what the problem may be? I've got nervous people already, concerned about inviting our broader membership when there are problems. I of course as the group creator have had no problems with either feature so I don't know what to say.

Bill - I would be frustrated as well. Not sure exactly what is (or is not) happening for this user but I am happy to help. Could you send the user's email to me privately or ask them to contact us either through support@collectivex.com (or they can reach me directly as well) so we can help discover what is happening?
