Recent Blog Posts module not working?

When I create a module to display "Recent Blog Posts" and I select view 10, it only displays 1 post... the most recent. Is this a bug?
I'm experiencing the problem on this groupsite: www.cmoexecnet.org

I just tested this out here in this Groupsite and it worked fine so it does not appear to be a system-wide bug.
