Unable to Unsubscribe From Premium Feature

I have been trying to unsubscribe from the premium feature "Unlimited Subgroups." I decreased my subgroups to 5 (over a month ago), but I am still unable to unsubscribe from this feature.

Still hoping for a resolution for this problem. Another month has gone by and I was charged for a premium feature that I do not use. I'm still unable to unsubcribe from the "Unlimited Subgroups" feature, even though I have only 5 subgroups.

Ouch, sorry for the hassle. Thanks for reporting this and sorry that we missed your first post. I've opened a support ticket #1421 to get this fixed and we'll issue a refund for the months of service you shouldn't have been charged.
