File Cabinet Upload not working

I am having weirdness while attenpting to upload an MS Word file to the File Cabinet.
Upon the upload, the page re-loads with a duplication of the entire groupsite within the body of the File Cabinet section. Refreshing cleans this up, but the file just uploaded does not appear.

Can you tell us: the Groupsite this is happening in, the folder you are trying to upload to, and whether you are uploading from the File Cabinet area or from the Basic/Advanced editor's file cabinet navigation popup.

Sure. I am trying to upload in this group: https://oenacra.collectivex.com/file_cabinet under the Agenda & Minutes folder. I am in the Filing Cabinet area. I tried this is both IE and Firefox with the same results.

This is happening with Bio-Builder as well. I explained this a while ago in another Post. The whole Groupsite is embedding in the window. Here is the Link:
