"Link image to" feature in group blog not working

I've gotten feedback from members that an image I linked to a discussion board does not take them there. I checked to make sure I did it correctly and I did. It works for me using Chrome. Any ideas?

Thanks, and I'm sorry this slipped through the cracks for so long. It appears to have been an Internet Explorer bug - which we've worked around by rewriting the HTML for the image. It never ceases to amaze me how Internet Explorer can break even simplest of HTML - even something as simple as a link and an image.
