Dragging and dropping modules doesnt work

With the new upgrade, I am basically terrified to ever try to modify the layout of my home page. Everytime I try to drag and drop modules they dont let me drop them where I want them, and they end up re-ordering the whole page in a random and irretrievable manner!
Am I the only one with this issue? It happens in Firefox and IE and its a real shame as otherwise this would be great

Hi, Peter. I just tried in
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.17) Gecko/20080829 Firefox/2.0.0.17
and
IE/7.0.5730.11
from several of my Groupsites. I was able to order and then reorder pretty easily. Making sure I was dragging to the dotted "Drop Zone" boxes is what allowed me to get the modules back to how I wanted. I've asked Shaun to take a look at your post, too, to see if he has any info that may help!
