Adding Chatango to a Groupsite?

The directions for adding Chatango are not complete--at least for adding them into a groupsite. I could not figure it out. Also, is the manager the only one to do it?
Help on instructions would be great. For example, it says, "paste this link into your MySpace site." Well, I assumed that I could substitute my CollectiveX site for MySpace and it did not paste.
