How do I change the File Cabinet 'default folder' when uploading docs to the discussion forum?

I want to change the folder that the file cabinet defaults to when I attach documents to a discussion. For some strange reason it defaults to the 4th folder on my folder list:

Hi Val,
The folder that you referenced:Confidential Docs, is your original "Group Files" Folder that you renamed to Confidential Docs.
When you create a Groupsite, a "Group Files" folder is automatically
created. While you can rename this folder and change the properties
associated with it, you cannot delete this folder. In addition, When you attempt to insert a file into a discussion, the folder default is your original "Group Files" Folder.
