Searching for members with certain profiles

We were excited to see that we can pose profile questions upon people signing up with our site.  However, it appears that we cannot use those questions to find members based on certain keywords or searches.

I can filter on mulitple choice answers.  For example: "my favorite color is" and filter based on red, green, and blue.

I cannot filter based on people that answered the question "my favorite color is" and look for the various shades of green.

Is there a way to do this?
