Branding: Using the "custom favorites" icon

This is that little icon that appears in your broswer tab next to the page title and also in your favorites menu.  CollectiveX provides for branding customers to upload a favicon.  But how do you get one?  Here is a link to great free utility that instantly converts gif and jpg images into a favicon.ico format ready for upload to enhance your brand.

Hint: configure your image to be square before converting.
