Is there any way to suppress the request for this and other social information beyond just the .."

: "We were excited to see that we can pose profile questions upon people signing up with our site.  However, it appears that we cannot use those questions to find members based on certain keywords or searches.

I can filter on mulitple choice answers.  For example: "my favorite color is" and filter based on red, green, and blue.

I cannot filter .."

: "Hello.  I'm one administrator of a private group that we're creating.  We have membership locked down, such that it takes other members to confirm nomination prior to granting access.  We're also seeking to distribute administration of the site.

Is there any way to modify the "join" page that comes up if you're not a member?  We'd like to have.."
