Blogs Not Searchable?

Discussion/Rate-It frame bug in Safari

In Safari 4.0.3 running on Mac OS X 10.5.8, the "Rate It" part of the overlay bar does not interact. It will change appearance if hovered, but there are no stars to click on to rate the item.
Behavior in Firefox works as expected."
