Discussion/Rate-It frame bug in Safari

For instance, this link: http://champions.groupsite.com/link/go/37016560
In Safari 4.0.3 running on Mac OS X 10.5.8, the "Rate It" part of the overlay bar does not interact. It will change appearance if hovered, but there are no stars to click on to rate the item.
Behavior in Firefox works as expected.

While the code monkeys are looking at the video tutorial issue for Safari, maybe they can check this one out too!
