Discussion Forum: unread topics and ability to move replies

Hi there

2 things I'd like to suggest.

1.  Ability to have a button that says 'All Unread Posts" to see all the posts, regardless of Discussion Forum, that haven't been read.

2.  Ability for manager to select a number of replies to a topic, move them to a different area or into  different topic.  Useful when the discussion strays.
