A Sneak Peak of Our Upcoming Groupsites Release

I just sent this blast: I'm at the http://www.gnomedex.com conference in Seattle and I did a quick interview and demo with Robert Scoble of our upcoming release. Excuse the quality of the video... but Robert streamed the interview through his mobile phone using Qik.

Clarence,

Thanks so much for sharing.  The video was very informative but I have to say, "How could you do this to us?"  Now I really can't wait for the release of the next version.  I so appreciate all of the hard work that your team has put into this product.  Let me know if there is anything I can do to help you.

This is amazing! Creativity at its best! The CollectiveX mantra of SOCIAL COLLABORATION has just been taken to the next level. There is no limit to how anyone can apply this! You have my wheels spinning.

Thanks for sharing Clarence!

Keep up the great work. I'm excited!

Hi Clarence,

I am just waiting for 3rd September when the site will be up with so many new features.  Consider giving most of the options to the free members also, since ours group is a social and non profit organization.  You can do this on case to case basis.

Cheers.

Hi Clarence,

The new features look really exciting...hope you will consider making these available to the free members. Currently I write a blog on blogger.com and then have a link to the collecivex site to have folks participate in discussions. There are severe limitations on the free groupsites that free blogs do not have but would definitlely like to make both blend with each other.

Good Luck and God speed with the release.

Unfortunately, I am unable to get the qik video to work on any of my computers or browsers!! - :(

Congratulations Clarence! This is interview is great for CollectiveX. And the new release looks slick, looking forward to it.

Garth,

I believe you can download the video as an .fli  Hopefully that helps.

Guys,

Thanks for the positive words.  There are not enough hours in the day to get everything we want into this release. Our entire team is working very hard... nearly "around the clock" to deliver this for you guys.  This release is extra important because it sets a foundation for adding additional functionality going forward.

Clarence

Thanks for all your hard work and dedication!  It's already a great tool, you're just putting it over the top with your new release.  Can't wait to get working on it.  In fact, I've created a whole new company website and revenue model centered around our group site -- so when you go live, we go live.  Woo hoo.  Our clients are going to love this!

Michele,

We appreciate your positive words and are excited to hear that you are building your business based around the utility of CollectiveX-powered Groupsites.  Let us know how things go after your launch, sounds like it could make a great case study :-)

Clarence

This is just AWESOME...THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

Looks like this is an Old one. A sneak peak of 2.0.

Sanjay - You are correct.  We have come a long way since this old post.

Shaun

Hello Shaun - Yes. The improvements, look and feel and features added were amazing. Modules / Subgroups / New page additions etc. were powerful.

Is there anything happening to move forward with new versions and continue making things happen at Groupsite.com?  With so many Social Networking sites popping up, just curious to know if there are any new features/versions in development ready to be launched in the coming months.

As a premium member, I like to see the Tagging, IM and Job board in the near future.

Kudos to the team (Joe, Shaun, Diana, Clarence and others) for bringing up this platform.
