Unable to lock a discussion thread

Hi there, I have been trying to lock a discussion thread and I was looking for option...but could not find...can anyone guide me please.

Avinash - To lock a discussion thread, go to the Discussion tab, select the Forum which contains the Topic you wish to lock.
At the bottom of the 1st post, select the "Edit Topic" link.
When the screen refreshes you will see the 'Lock Topic" link to the top right of the WYSIWYG Editor.
Click on "Lock Topic" and we will ask "are you sure?"
Say OK and you're done.
Fo;;ow the same steps if you ever decide to "unlock" the topic.
