sending e-blast to subgroup members

We're having trouble with one of our subgroups. When we post something and then click the "send e-mail to subgroup members" button, nothing seems to go out to the subgroup members. Can you help?

I am sorry that you are having trouble. Can you tell me the name of the Main Groupsite and the Subgroup in which you are having trouble? Please also identify the title and date of the email bast.
