New member cannot access videos on Mac

I have created a new site and one of the members is unable to watch the How To videos. She is using Firefox. I use a Mac with Safari and have no issues. How can I help her?

The best thing would be to have the user contact us directly at support@groupsite.com. We will need to ask the user specific questions about her environment, and if she is receiving error messages. We will be happy to CC you on the communication to keep you in the loop.
