RSS Auto Update

Hello all, I did search the discussions and see some RSS questions were resolved previously but I am still having trouble with mine.
I know it is an active feed but I just looked today and saw the last update was August 6 - when I click Edit>>Update it does update with several stories that have gone on since then.
Is there any way to have this feed update automatically?

All feeds should update automatically. If they are not doing that, there is a problem. We will take a look.

We were unable to duplicate the RSS feeds not automatically updating. However, we opened up ticket 2607 for further investigation. We will contact you with any updates on this ticket from Support@groupsite.com.
