My Subgroups as a widget or an RSS feed

Is there any way to display a list of a user's Subgroups from within a widget or as an RSS feed?
I'd like to be able to display this list on my GroupSite homepage as well as embed it on my main website. It would be a great way to personalise the user's experience and encourage them to participate.
