Summary RSS Feeds for types of activity

One feature that I would love to be able to have, is to be able to have an RSS feed for each different type of Group Activity.

The bottom of the main summary page is great, in that it creates a feed for All Recent Group Activity.. But if, from there I go to see all the new user profiles, or all the new discussions, there doesn't seem to be an RSS feed there.

I'd love to be able to get a feed of just all the new discussions. Or just all the new users, or just all the new files posted...
