Welcome message based on Custom Profile question/answer

I would like to send a welcome message based on the custom profile question/answer. For eg. I have custom profile question to explain the profile whether the member is a Professional, Recruiter, Sales/Business person etc. Right now only one welcome message is sent to all of them. Instead I would like to save multiple welcome messages and automatically send based on the answer they choose.

I also think it would be great to be able to save multiple welcome messages. Currently, we are saving each welcome message as a word document and cutting and pasting it into the welcome message.
