Field/text area for instructional text on top/side of Group Questions

For one group I am trying to build, I feel the need to explain the Group Questions I am asking members. I want to communicate to the members that these questions will help me serve their interests better. This functionality would help me alleviate the perception that the questions are "aggressive". These answers are very important for my objectives with this group. Currently there is no area on the Group Questions page where I can place instructions, suggestions, or comments. Also, because a member may need/want to view an example of properly answered questions I would like to be able to include a link to the answers of a member who has effectively answered the questions.
