Manage Members -- not all showing up

When I click on Manage Members through the administrator tools on one of my subgroups, it only shows 20 members rather than all 147. There's no link at the bottom of the page to go to the next page. How do I fix this?
Also, one of my subgroup members, who clearly shows up as a subgroup member, says when she goes to our main groupsite and pulls down the "my subgroups" menu, the subgroup isn't listed for her, so she can't access it. How do I fix this?

I'm still having problems with the "manage members" off one of my subgroups. When I click on "manage members" through the subgroup administration, not all of my subgroup members are showing up. I need to delete someone from the subgroup but since she doesn't show up on the "manage members" page of the subgroup, I can't delete her from that group.
