Things are changing at Groupsite.com. (we are growing!)
This summer has been a crazy, hectic time for us at Groupsite.com. We are making
plans to drastically improve our platform while introducing a new brand to help
our clients and potential clients understand the great service we are trying to
provide. With all the action, we forgot to share some of the most exciting news
of all: Groupsite.com is growing! Our development staff now includes two
developers who you haven't been introduced to before.
Paul Barry and Bryan Liles (yeah, that's me) are now taking care of the platform
that so many of you have come to depend on so greatly. We come bearing gifts of
course, and we will soon be introducing a totally revamped news feed (RSS)
system, and easier ways to manage your Groupsite upgrades and features.
We've both been reading the forums lately, and we're committed to increasing the
stability, the speed, and the amount of features our platform has to offer.
We'll be working diligently to make successes for your groups and for
Groupsite.com

Welcome to both of you! - Its always good to have the developers in the forums (as much as possible). Excited to hear about the RSS system in particular as getting news to members efficiently as well as syndicating components of the groupsite is very important.

I haven't had any problems with the "4 entry boxes". Most of the time I ignore it because I keep it on "Basic Editor".
We found the Groupsite extremely easy to customize (hipconnect.org). Ning made it very easy to create chaos and confusion :(
I'm glad to see the addition of these developers... excited to see what they'll bring!
