RSVP email affiliate function in the Calendar

We advertise events on our calendar run by other groups/organizations. What would be great would be an option within the RSVP section of the calendar to email externally if someone rsvps to an event.

For example, as a group manager I advertise an event for Organization A on my calendar. Under the RSVP section I indicate for Person A from Organization A to receive an email anytime someone from my group RSVPs for that event. This way I am providing a service for my members (e.g., telling them what is happening in our local area) but also providing a service for Organization A who are being told when members of my group want to attend their event.

Ultimately it could be a kind of affiliate link. For each member that I send who pays to attend that event, I get a cut.
