Switch Groupsites doesn't work after update?

I have not been able to switch groupsites all day?
I have tried both Firefox and Safari and have the same result.
I click on the dropdown, the page reloads and says done.
But I do not get a list of my sites.
I am logged in and it seems to know who I am but I cannot navigate.

Hi, Russell. Please try logging out of your Groupsite and clearing your Web browser cache. Relaunch your browser and then log back in to your Groupsite.
Sorry for the trouble. The "Switch Groupsites" button was temporarily disabled and we have fixed it. Clearing your browser cache and logging back in will help ensure you're not experience any legacy issues.
