Problems with IE

I know a few bugs with Internet Explorer have been noted, but I've had another longstanding one as a manager: CSV exports do not work. I can do them in Firefox, but so many of our constituents, because they are in a corporate setting, use IE only that it's important that functions work in IE.

Hi, Stephen. I find that I can export a CSV file from Internet Explorer 8 on a PC, but I seem to have to take the action twice. Here's what happens for me:
On my first request, I get a notice in my browser that says "To help protect your security, IE blocks this site from downloading files to your computer. Click here for options." One of those options is "Download file." When I choose it, something does seem to happen, but then I don't see the file in my Downloads folder.
When I attempted to export the file a second time, it works as expected. I immediately have access via a pop-up window to either "save" or "open" the file. I can do either from there - including saving it to whatever location I choose.
If you have a different experience, what version of IE are you using?
