Module "Edit" functuion doesn;t appear

Hello
I have a problem with one of mine modules at the summery page.
It is a news feed module. Probably the title is too long and because of that I am not able to see the Edit or other options of this module. And I am nod able to deleate it or edit it...
Can you help me.
