Export of custom questions

Hi,
Just exported my first member list to Excel. All contact details are in it, but it's just a pity that the answers on our custom questions are not in the list.
It's great that CollectiveX offers companies the opportunity to add their custom registration questions.
Alas, this advantage is not fully exploited, because the companies can't export the member's responsed on these questions.
I think it just a small development, with great consequences.

This is an oversight on our part. We intended to include the answers to custom questions within member data export. I'll see if we can get this added within the next 24 hours.

Try exporting your member list as an XML file. Within it, you'll notice that custom questions are included with user data. It's been that way all along. You must have exported your member data as a CSV file. At present, we don't include custom question data with CSV exports. We will support it in the future. Meanwhile, please export your member data in XML format.

Ok, I will do that. (Indeed I used the .csv export, because all our lists are Excel-based.)
