Is there a way I can delete the "Network" tab and place the "Member Profiles" under either the "Communicate" tab or the "Share" tab? The Member Objectives and Key Connections features under the Network tab are not relevant to my members and members get confused by them. Thanks.

This is a good idea. The ability to disable certain parts of the Groupsite is coming in a future release, which would also remove links from the menu.
